Return and Exchange Policy

  • Shipping Policy: Items are shipped via FedEx with tracking numbers provided. Customers must check their shipping address before ordering, as incorrect addresses may result in additional fees. Orders are shipped within 3 business days and may take an additional 5 to 7 business days to arrive.
  • Return Policy: Due to the intimate nature of undergarments and waist trainers, returns are not accepted. All sales are final, so customers must be careful when selecting products.

Items Eligible for Return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

Return Process:

Refunds:

Final Sale Items:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
